All CleanCycle models achieve a CO₂-negative operational status within 12 months through complete biological and mechanical optimisation. Each transformed facility becomes an active carbon sink in the regional energy cycle.
Lease
CleanCycle takes over operation, optimisation, and marketing. Revenues are secured through long-term heat and substrate supply contracts – with no risk for the landlord.
Sale
Complete exit at fair market value. CleanCycle takes over the plant, permits and operating risk – the site is preserved and will be further developed to become CO₂-negative.
Partnership
Joint operation with shared benefits. Technology, financing, and climate impact are interconnected – fair, scalable, and regionally anchored.
